At Nick's Sweat Shop we strive to implement the newest and most effective strength and fitness techniques, we focus on the basics, the tried and true, focusing only on what works and leaving behind anything that doesn't. We push past our self imposed limitations so we can be the best coach and athletes possible.

Nutrition is Critical

How you eat, is as important as how you exercise.  What you eat may be making you better, but it could be making you worse. We encourage a foundation approach. Hydration and sleep and then nutrition. At the Sweat Shop we encourage people to look at they’re nutrition needs as another step towards overall fitness. We evaluate your goals and your diet and give individualized dietary recommendations based on an extensive health appraisal questionnaire and our proprietary intake forms. We believe in balance and that every person has individual exercise and nutritional needs.

Nick Tojaga

Nick graduated from The University of Louisville in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science. He is a CHEK Institute Level III Practitioner and a Level III Holistic Lifestyle Coach. Nick has been a personal trainer for more than 20 years with a focus on Corrective and High Performance Exercise and Lifestyle Coaching. He is currently teaching and holds seminars on health and nutrition throughout the Midwest. Nick is passionate about helping people live better more active lives.
